Harrel Rodgers MPSA Scholar
The yearly Harrell Rodgers awards are represented at PSO headquarters by a Paul Revere bowl, suggestive of the silver of the early learned societies, and the honorees receive a die cut inscribed medal. Rodgers scholars are given a grant to attend the annual meetings of the Midwest Political Science Association.
