This much needed new journal will cover, among other issues, crisis prediction, preparation, mitigation, response and recovery. It will probe questions of physical, economic, health and environmental security. The problems are well known; it is time there were some solutions.

Call for Papers
Articles will provide solid theoretical and empirical bases for more effective practice in anticipating and addressing societal crises. The journal's first articles will be available in mid-2009.
